Uit ca.1900 daterend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, neo-renaissance hoekpand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt omlopend schilddak; risalerende geveleinden uitlopend in trapgevel tegen insteekkap; boven de op de begane grond afgeschuinde hoek een rond arkeltorentje onder ingesnoerde kegelspits; aan oostzijde verhoogd trappehuis onder insteekkap (schilddak).
Gevels met hardstenen plint en verlevendigd met natuurstenen banden; afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met gele tegels.
Getoogde, recht- en rond gesloten vensters met in hoofdzaak 6-ruits indeling; kelderlichten met drie ramen gescheiden door twee kolommetjes.
Aan de noordzijde twee natuurstenen balcons met fraai, uitbuikend smeedijzeren hek; dubbele paneeldeur, waarboven een afdak van smeedijzer en glas in de vorm van een vliegende vogel en een halfrond bovenlicht. Glas-in-lood ramen in de bovenlichten van de vensters op de begane grond.

Description
Dating from circa 1900, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, neo-renaissance corner building with one storey under a slate-covered encircling hipped roof; projecting gable ends ending in stepped gable against recessed gable roof; above the bevelled corner on the ground floor a round arched-wall turret under tightened conical roof; on the east side a raised stairwell under recessed gable roof (hipped roof).
Facades with hard stone plinth and enlivened with natural stone bands; terminated by a brickwork cornice with yellow tiles.
Arched, square- and round-headed windows with mainly 6-light arrangement; basement lights with three windows separated by two small columns.
On the north side two natural stone balconies with fine, bulging wrought-iron railing; double panelled door, above which a canopy of wrought iron and glass in the form of a flying bird and a semicircular fanlight. Stained-glass windows in the fanlights of the windows on the ground floor.
