Omschrijving
Raadhuis. Blijkens jaarankers in 1633 gebouwd, in 1917 gerestaureerd en aan de achterzijde met een raadzaal vergroot. Rechthoekig gebouw met zadeldak tussen trapgevels aan de korte zijde en een terzijde uitgebouwde zeskante traptoren. Voorgevel met natuurstenen waterlijst en banden. Stoepbordes uit 1917 ter vervanging van een 18e eeuws. Het gebouw hersteld na oorlogsschade in 1949. Inwendig een schouw met gebeeldhouwde hardstenen wangen en moerbalken uit de bouwtijd.

Description
Town Hall. According to date anchors built in 1633, restored in 1917 and enlarged at the rear with a council chamber. Rectangular building with gabled roof between stepped gables on the short side and a hexagonal stair tower built out to the side. Front facade with natural stone drip moulding and bands. Stone entrance platforms from 1917 replacing an 18th-century one. The building restored after war damage in 1949. Internally a fireplace with sculpted sandstone jambs and tie beams from the time of construction.
