Omschrijving
Voormalig, uit 1899 daterend St. Vincentiusgebouw; in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken pand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt zadeldak tussen tuitgevels; hardstenen plint, hoekpilasters, cordonlijsten tussen begane grond en verdieping en gootlijst van siermetselwerk boven verdieping.
In de kopgevel aan de Langstraatzijde op de begane grond een getoogde deur met aan weerszijden een getoogd 20-ruits venster, op de verdieping drie getoogde 24-ruits vensters en voor een spitsboognis in de met een klimmend spitsboogfries gedecoreerde geveltop een wit Mariabeeld op sokkel.
In de rechter zijgevel twee getoogde 20-ruits vensters en twee getoogde dubbele deuren op de begane grond en vier getoogde 24-ruits vensters op de verdieping; de derde travee vanaf de Langstraat heeft aan weerszijden een pilaster en loopt door in de tuitgevel van een dakkapel, waar een wit St. Vincentiusbeeld op sokkel staat.
Het gebouw is een zeldzaam gaaf en fraai voorbeeld van de eens zeer talrijke St. Vincentiushuizen, die sinds 1846 door de R.K. St. Vincentiusvereniging werden gesticht.

Description
Former St. Vincentius building, dating from 1899; built in fine brickwork, building with storey covered with slate, gabled roof between spout gables; stone plinth, corner pilasters, string courses between ground floor and upper storey and gutter moulding of decorative brickwork above upper storey.
In the end gable on the Langstraat side on the ground floor an arched door with on either side an arched 20-pane window, on the upper storey three arched 24-pane windows and before a pointed arch niche in the gable top decorated with a rising pointed arch frieze a white statue of Mary on base.
In the right side gable two arched 20-pane windows and two arched double doors on the ground floor and four arched 24-pane windows on the upper storey; the third bay from the Langstraat has on either side a pilaster and continues in the spout gable of a roof dormer, where a white statue of St. Vincentius on base stands.
The building is a rare and finely preserved example of the once very numerous St. Vincentius houses, which since 1846 were founded by the R.C. St. Vincentius Association.
