FABRIEKSGEBOUW, z.g.n. 'fabriekshuis' van de voormalige wollenstoffenfabriek A. v.d. Heuvel en Zn.,; in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, uit 1854 daterend pand met verdieping onder met rode Frieze pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen tuitgevels.
De zeven vensterassen brede voorgevel heeft een gepleisterde plint, 24-ruits ramen en is afgesloten met een geprofileerde kroonlijst. In de kopgevels 30- en 40-ruits schuiframen.

Description
FACTORY BUILDING, so-called 'factory house' of the former woollen fabric factory A. v.d. Heuvel and Son; built in fine brickwork, dating from 1854, building with storey covered with red Frisian tiles, gabled roof between spout gables.
The front facade seven window bays wide has a plastered plinth, 24-pane windows and is terminated with a moulded cornice. In the end gables 30- and 40-pane sash windows.
