Exterior description and setting
Single-storey/ two-bay house facing south east with whitewashed rubble granite walls, painted corrugated metal pitched roof (originally thatched), and stone chimney to party wall.
Direct entry layout to kitchen in right-hand bay; with main door at right side of façade. Two 2/2 sliding sash windows to each bay at front.
At rear of kitchen bay is a single-storey/ one-bay rubble granite annexe aligned parallel with the main block. It also has a corrugated pitched metal roof (with valley between) and a 2/2 window in its end gable.
All the windows are without cills.
At front is a walled garden with wrought-iron gate and small one-storey rubble outbuilding.

Evaluation
Unusual in that the extension room was added to the rear of the building, not the gable. Attractive setting.
