Maison de plaisance construite au début du 18e siècle. Elle s'élevait dans un grand parc aujourd'hui en partie démembré. Le logis rectangulaire est composé d'un rez-de-chaussée éclairé de grandes baies couvertes en plein cintre et d'une toiture à brisis percée de lucarnes dont deux sont fausses et dissimulent la base de souches de cheminée. Côté jardin, un escalier en fer à cheval bordé d'une balustrade conduit au rez-de-chaussée. A l'intérieur, l'essentiel du décor est constitué par des cheminées en marbre et des corniches en stuc aux motifs antiquisants. Cet édifice est l'une des premières folies construites aux abords de Riom.

History
Country house built at the beginning of the 18th century. It rose in a large park today partly broken up. The rectangular main dwelling is composed of a ground floor lit by large openings covered with round arches and a roof with a break in slope pierced with dormers, two of which are false and conceal the base of chimney stacks. On the garden side, a horseshoe staircase bordered by a balustrade leads to the ground floor. Inside, the essential part of the decoration consists of marble fireplaces and stucco cornices with antique motifs. This building is one of the first follies built on the outskirts of Riom.
