House. Two-storey, 2-window stucco front with raised band at first floor sill level. On first floor, 2 top-hung sash windows. On ground floor, to R, modern window, and round-headed doorway offset to L, plain stucco pilasters and moulded archivolt; semi-circular modern fanlight. Modern door.
