Cadw's description

Pair of mid C19 terraced houses stepped downhill from No 15 on corner with Upper Thomas Street.

2-storey, 2-window stucco fronts, slate roofs. Sash windows with glazing bars. Round-headed doorways offset left, plain stucco pilasters with caps and moulded archivolts. 2-panel doors and semi-circular fanlights.
