Stepped down from No. 18.

Mid C19.

House. Two-storey, 3-window stucco front which steps down hill with L hand bay at higher level; band at first floor sill level. Concrete tiled roof. On first floor, three 12-pane sash windows. On ground floor, to L, camber-headed vehicular entrance doorway with plain pilasters and moulded archivolt; semi-circular fanlight. Possibly original door with 2 long round-arched panels.
