House. Two-storey, 2-window stucco front. Tiled roof. On first floor, 2 windows imitating sashes. On ground floor, window imitating tripartite sash; round-headed doorway offset to R, plain stucco pilasters and moulded archivolt; semi-circular fanlight. Door with 2 tall round-headed panels.
