Probably early C19.
Exterior
Three storeys; four windows. Stucco render; slate roof with end stacks in yellow brick. On top floor, almost square 4-pane sashes; on first floor, taller 4-pane sashes. On ground floor, C20 shop front with central doorway flanked by show windows; Panelled door to R, all enclosed under fascia board.
