About 20m W of Junction with Church Street.

C18 to early C19.

Three storeys. Three window front with roughcast cladding and slate roof with stone flanking stacks. On ground floor, C20 shop front similar to its C19 predecessor, with painted brick stall-risers; to right hand, square-headed vehicular entrance with modern wrought-iron gates to Ballards court. On top floor, three 9-pane sash windows; on first floor, two 12-pane sashes, and to L, paired sash window.
