Cadw's description

Situated on E side of small farmyard at Llain, the S pine-end abutting entrance drive

History: Mid to later C19 small lofted stable and cart-shed.

Description: Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof. Lofted with row of four dove-holes under eaves, over slate shelf. Ground floor left door and window to stable, right broad elliptical arched cart-entry, all with yellow brick heads.

Included for group value as part of an unusually complete small C19 farm group, a good example of a type now becoming rare in the region.
