Cadw's description

Situated to SE of farmhouse and opposite cartshed/stable at Llain.

History: Mid C19 small outbuilding, possibly a cow-house.

Description: Cementwashed rubble stone with slate roof. Three close-set doors to front, with yellow brick heads. Single row of dove-holes under eaves, with slate shelf.

Included for group value as part of an unusually complete small farm group of the mid C19, representative of a type now becoming rare in the region.
