Cadw's description

To R of No 7, behind stone garden wall with stone arch to gateway.

Detached house of circa 1913.

2 storeys plus attic, end tall chimneys. Casement glazing with square cames. Two gabled front, applied half timbering to first floor and gables, brick ground floor with stone quoins; flat-roofed attic dormer between gables.

To L, gable apex projects over 2-storey splayed bay window; to R, over 3-light oriel window; below this, recessed loggia with door and window surrounding.

Included as part of good well-preserved group of early C20 housing on W side of Eden Avenue.
