Cadw's description

To R of Nos 1 & 3, behind stone garden wall with stone arch to gateway.

Detached house of circa 1913.

Pebbledashed with stone quoins, some exposed red brick, tiled roof; casement windows with square lead cames.

Two storeys, two large gabled blocks with L gable set forward, half-timbered to apex which overhangs two storey splayed bay window, exposed quoins to this block. To R, first floor 3-light window, on ground floor, loggia with tiled roof, hipped to R, door to L, set back, to R, 4-light bay window.

Elevation to L has first floor 3-light small-pane wooden casement window, ground floor has 2 round headed windows.

Included as part of good well-preserved group of early C20 housing on W side of Eden Avenue.
