History
Detached house of circa 1913.
Exterior
Two gabled blocks to front, L set forward, half-timbered, jettied over brick ground floor with stone quoins, 3-light casement window to first floor, ground floor splayed bay window. R gable tile hung, ground floor pebbledashed, 3-light first floor window, splayed bay window to ground floor R, to L, entrance door set back in porch with freestone (pinkish) 3-centred arch.
Reason for designation
Included as part of good well-preserved group of early C20 housing on W side of Eden Avenue.
