Location
The centre house in terraced row E of Priory Street.
Exterior
Circa l800 terraced house with stucco ground floor and roughcast above, painted white, with slate roof and rubble stone end stacks, large to W small to E. Three-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes without architraves. Ground floor right has large flat-roofed cl900 stucco porch, entered from the side and with C20 front window. Within, fluted pilasters and minimal cornice to doorcase.
Fine spearhead railings outside with pair of square cast-iron piers with Gothic panels and pyramid caps. Gate matches railings.
Reason for designation
A pair with No l7 and part of the early development of Milford. Group value with other listed buildings along this front street above docks.
