Set back and above the road with garden to front.

Mid to late C19 (shown on 1890 OS Map).

Detached simple classical 2-storey, 3-window symmetrical roughcast front; hipped slate roof, wide eaves, 1 modern brick chimney stack. Plain 12-pane sash windows, arched entrance to centre with 6-panel door and 6-pane fanlight.

Plain side walls; whitewashed rubble 1 storey and attic extension to rear right with slate roof and 2 rubble chimney stacks (originally the laundry). Rubble garden walls with gate piers to entrance.
