Set back and above the road with garden to front.

Mid to late C19 (shown on 1890 OS map).

Detached simple classical 2-storey and basement, 3-window roughcast front; hipped slate roof, wide boarded eaves, 2 roughcast end chimney stacks. 12-pane sash windows, arched entrance to centre with recessed 3 vertically panelled door and 5-pane fanlight. Boarded door basement entrance to bottom left. Plain roughcast side walls with extension to rear. High roughcast garden walls.
