Omschrijving
St. Johannesschool annex klooster, gebouwd in neo-gotische stijl op het einde der negentiende eeuw door N. Molenaar. Het in baksteen met gebruikmaking van gekleurde siersteen uitgevoerde gebouw bestaat uit een vleugel evenwijdig aan de straat met aan de rechterzijde een haaks hierop geplaatste vleugel, op de verdieping waarvan de kapel, onder hoog, leien zadeldak met puntgevel, waarin een door nissen geflankeerde spitsboogvenster met tracering, waarboven een St. Jans beeld. De linkervleugel heeft een lagere puntgevel.

Description
St. Johannesschool annex monastery, built in neo-gothic style at the end of the nineteenth century by N. Molenaar. The building executed in brick with the use of coloured decorative stone consists of a wing parallel to the street with on the right side a wing placed at right angles to it, on the storey of which the chapel, under high, slate gabled roof with pointed gable, in which a pointed arch window flanked by niches with tracery, above which a St. John sculpture. The left wing has a lower pointed gable.
