Omschrijving
Hervormde Kerk, gebouwd in 1833-1834 door D. Lijsen, Kruiskerk in traditionele vormen met houten klokkentorentje van twee geledingen op de kruising. Een der kruisarmen wordt gevormd door de in classicistische trant opgetrokken pastorie met hoeklisenen en fronton boven de middenrisaliet. De kerk heeft een houten zoldering met vakken en rozetten. Neobarok orgel (1870). Orgel met Hoofdwerk en Bovenwerk, in 1870 gemaakt door J. van Loo. In 1955 ingrijpend gerestaureerd en uitgebreid met een vrij Pedaal. Het nieuwe Pedaal valt buiten de bescherming. Mechanisch torenuurwerk Firma Gebr. van Bergen, Midwolda, 1934, later voorzien van elektrische opwinding, gerestaureerd in de zestiger jaren.

Description
Reformed Church, built in 1833-1834 by D. Lijsen, cruciform church in traditional forms with a wooden bell tower of two sections at the crossing. One of the cruciform arms is formed by the parsonage constructed in classicist manner with corner pilasters and pediment above the central risalite. The church has a wooden ceiling with compartments and rosettes. Neo-baroque organ (1870). Organ with Hauptwerk and Oberwerk, made in 1870 by J. van Loo. In 1955 extensively restored and expanded with a free Pedal. The new Pedal falls outside the protection. Mechanical tower clock Firm Gebr. van Bergen, Midwolda, 1934, later provided with electric winding, restored in the sixties.
