Omschrijving
Landgoed Rennenenk. In romantisch park gelegen neo-klassiek landhuis, baksteen, bestaande uit een hoger middengedeelte tussen lagere vleugels. Zuidgevel met fronton. Schuiframen. Velperweg 139 als vrijstaand landhuis met naaste omgeving van het park.
Het middengedeelte van het huis heeft boven de kroonlijst een door een late Empire-versiering bekroonde attiek, geflankeerd gietijzeren balustrades met roostermotief. Tegen de voorgevels van het middengedeelte een balcon met rijk versierd gietijzeren hek, hekposten met lantaarns en hekposten met siervazen. Het huis dateert waarschijnlijk van kort na het midden der 19e eeuw.

Description
Country estate Rennenenk. Neo-classical country house situated in a romantic park, brick, consisting of a higher central section between lower wings. South facade with pediment. Sash windows. Velperweg 139 as a free-standing country house with the immediate surroundings of the park.
The central section of the house has above the cornice an attic crowned by late Empire ornamentation, flanked by cast-iron balustrails with lattice motif. Against the front facades of the central section a balcony with richly ornamented cast-iron railing, gate posts with lanterns and gate posts with decorative vases. The house dates probably from shortly after the middle of the 19th century.
