Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1900 daterend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, bij het huis "Bronbeek" behorend portiersgebouwtje op rechthoekige plattegrond met aan de lange zijden over bijna de gehele breedte driezijdige uitbouwen en onder overhuivend, met leien gedekt dak - zadeldak gesneden door schilddak - met rondom gesneden, opengewerkte windveren en bekroond door een achtkantige schoorsteen met spitsvormige afdekking; overhoeks geplaatste pilasters en per gevelvlak een groot venster; tegen de noordgevel een latere aanbouw. Eenvoudig, doch zeer zorgvuldig gedetailleerd gebouwtje, dat een onderdeel vormt van het gehele "Bronbeek"-complex.

Description
Dating from circa 1900, constructed in fair-face brickwork, belonging to the house "Bronbeek" a porter's lodge on a rectangular plan with on the long sides over almost the entire width three-sided outbuildings and under overhanging, slate-covered roof - gabled roof cut by hipped roof - with around cut, openwork wind braces and crowned by an octagonal chimney with pointed coping; diagonally placed pilasters and per wall surface a large window; against the north facade a later extension. Simple, yet very carefully detailed small building, which forms a component of the entire "Bronbeek" complex.
