Inleiding
Pand oorspronkelijk gelegen aan de Grote Koppel nr. 4. Ten gevolge van de spoorverdubbeling (zogeheten plan Rail 21) afgebroken en verplaatst naar het huidige adres. Daarbij is getracht de voorgevel zo goed mogelijk te verplaatsen. Ten tijde van de verplaatsing waren de in de omschrijving genoemde stoeppalen met kettingen al verdwenen. Deze zijn na de verplaatsing gereconstrueerd. In oorsprong stonden er vier leilinden voor het huis. Na de verplaatsing zijn twee nieuwe linden aangepland. Achter de voorgevel is het huis nieuw opgetrokken.
Omschrijving
Gepleisterde lijstgevel van vijf traveeën breed met centrale deurpartij. Met pannen gedekt schilddak, nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel, centraal geplaatste dakkapel. Schuiframen met roedeverdeling. De monumentale waarden zijn uitsluitend gelegen in de voorgevel en de verschijningsvorm van de bouwmassa (twee bouwlagen met kap).
Waardering
De gevel en de bouwmassa zijn van algemeen belang vanwege de
- cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van het fenomeen van het verplaatsen van monumenten.

Introduction
Property originally situated at Grote Koppel nr. 4. As a result of the railway doubling (so-called plan Rail 21) demolished and relocated to the current address. In doing so, an attempt was made to relocate the front facade as well as possible. At the time of relocation, the bollards with chains mentioned in the description had already disappeared. These were reconstructed after the relocation. Originally there were four linden trees in front of the house. After the relocation two new lindens were planted. Behind the front facade the house has been newly reconstructed.
Description
Rendered cornice-topped facade five bays wide with central door section. With pantile-covered hipped roof, ridge parallel to the front facade, centrally placed dormer. Sash windows with glazing bars. The monumental values are located exclusively in the front facade and the appearance of the building mass (two storeys with roof).
