Inleiding
Pand oorspronkelijk gelegen aan de Grote Koppel nr. 3. Tengevolge van de spoorverdubbeling (zogeheten plan Rail 21) afgebroken en verplaatst naar het huidige adres. De deur is van zijn oorspronkelijke situering in de rechter travee verplaatst naar de linker. Het snijraam is verdwenen. Er is een dakkapel op het voorste dakschild toegevoegd. Achter de voorgevel is het huis nieuw opgetrokken.
Omschrijving
Drie traveeën brede bakstenen lijstgevel met pannengedekt schilddak met nok loodrecht op de straat. Roedenverdeelde schuiframen. De monumentale waarden zijn uitsluitend gelegen in de voorgevel en de verschijningsvorm van de bouwmassa (twee bouwlagen met kap).

De voorgevel en de bouwmassa zijn van algemeen belang vanwege de

Property originally situated at Grote Koppel nr. 3. As a result of the railway doubling (so-called plan Rail 21) demolished and relocated to the current address. The door has been moved from its original position in the right bay to the left. The sliding window has disappeared. A dormer has been added to the front roof slope. Behind the front facade the house has been newly reconstructed.
Description
Three bays wide brick cornice-topped facade with pantile-covered hipped roof with ridge perpendicular to the street. Sash windows with glazing bars. The monumental values are located exclusively in the front facade and the appearance of the building mass (two storeys with roof).
