Omschrijving
Fors hoekpand onder schilddak. De brede lijstgevel aan de zijde van de Doelenstraat heeft een fraaie ingangspartij geflankeerd door twee traveeën brede vleugels. Boven een gesneden deur met snijraam en de een halve traveebrede zijlichten springt een kroonlijst naar voren, gedragen door vier ionische pilasters en fraai gesneden consoles; de verdieping heeft een op deze kroonlijst rustende erker; deze wordt bekroond door een driehoekig fronton op de als zuilen behandelde muurdammen van de attiek. De zijgevel aan de Gedempte Nieuwe Sloot gewijzigd in verband met gebruik van het pand als bioscoop.

Description
Sturdy corner building under hipped roof. The broad cornice-topped facade on the side of the Doelenstraat has a fine entrance arrangement flanked by two-bay-wide wings. Above a carved door with casement window and half-bay-wide side lights springs forward a cornice, borne by four ionic pilasters and finely carved consoles; the storey has an oriel resting on this cornice; this is crowned by a triangular pediment on the wall buttresses treated as columns of the attic. The side facade on the Gedempte Nieuwe Sloot modified in connection with use of the building as a cinema.
