Sociaal cultureel centrum bestaande uit twee aan elkaar geschakelde delen waarvan één met verdieping en aan de zuid oostzijde een losstaande fietsenstalling. Aan de noord- en oostzijde de mee ontworpen openbare ruimte tussen gebouw en trottoir, met daarin niveauverschillen, gemetselde muurtjes en plantenbakken en een kunstwerk in de vorm van een geabstraheerde musketon. Aan de westzijde een buitenruimte en aan de zuidzijde een binnenplein.

Social cultural centre consisting of two adjoining parts, one of which has an upper storey and on the south east side a detached bicycle shed. On the north and east side the jointly designed public space between building and pavement, with level differences, brick walls and planting boxes and an artwork in the form of an abstracted musketoon. On the west side an outdoor space and on the south side an inner courtyard.
