Omschrijving onderdeel 10
KOESTAL, ook wel kasteelboerderij genoemd, gelegen tegenover het huis Ruurlo. Forse schuur op rechthoekige plattegrond onder wolfdak met blauwe pannen gedekt. De stal is in 1754 gebouwd (jaartal in sluitsteen). In de naar de Vordenseweg gekeerde lange gevel enige mestdeuren, waarvan een aantal zijn dichtgezet en venster met luik. In de korte westgevel rondbogige dubbele deuren geflankeerd door dito mestdeuren. Op de verdieping twee rondboogvenstertjes met roedeverdeling en ijzers voor de ramen. Staafankers. De korte oostgevel heeft dezelfde indeling. In de lange noordgevel een aantal mestdeuren en vernieuwde vensters.

Description of component 10
COW BYRE, also called castle farm building, situated opposite the house Ruurlo. Substantial barn on a rectangular ground plan under a half-hipped roof covered with blue tiles. The byre was built in 1754 (date in keystone). In the long gable facing the Vordenseweg several manure doors, some of which are blocked up, and a window with shutter. In the short west gable round-arched double doors flanked by similar manure doors. On the first floor two round-arched small windows with glazing bars and iron grilles for the windows. Rod wall anchors. The short east gable has the same layout. In the long north gable several manure doors and renewed windows.
