Omschrijving onderdeel 4:
ENSEMBLE VAN BOERDERIJ, MUUR EN STENEN SCHUUR. Aan de westzijde van het ensemble gesitueerde BOERDERIJ uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw op rechthoekige grondslag onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt mansardedak. In de naar de westzijde gerichte voorgevel de toegangsdeur met meerrruits bovenlicht met ruitvormige roeden, rechts hiervan een 16-ruits schuifvenster en links van de deur een klein 4-ruits venster. In de linker en rechter gevel van de boerderij enkele meerruits vensters. In de achtergevel aan de linker zijde een toegangsdeur met 6-ruits bovenlicht. In het midden van de gevel een 16-ruits schuifvenster. Aan de achterzijde van de boerderij aansluitend op de ZO-hoek haaks op de achtergevel gesitueerd een hoge gecementeerde bakstenen MUUR, die oorspronkelijk als achterwand dienst heeft gedaan van een aan de zuidzijde van de muur gelegen muurkas. De muur markeert tevens de entree naar de voormalige nutstuinen van De Haere. Deze pal naast de boerderij gelegen in de muur uitgespaarde entree wordt gemarkeerd door twee gecementeerde 8-zijdige zuilen, die de oorspronkelijke toegangsdeur naar de nutstuinen omlijstten. Aan de oostzijde eindigt de muur op de voor(west-)gevel van een STENEN SCHUUR uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw, opgetrokken op langwerpig rechthoekige grondslag onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De schuur is in decoratieve zin opgetuigd door gebruikmaking van muurpilasters en door in het oog springende vensterpartijen. De voor(west-)gevel wordt door twee blokpilasters afgesloten. Centraal de licht getoogde dubbele toegangsdeur met op de verdieping een halfronde blindnis. De linker gevel vertoont 6 vensters met persiennes onder ijzeren bovenlicht met spaakroeden. Tussen de vensters gecementeerde pilasters. In de achtergevel twee toegangsdeuren onder getoogde strek. In de topgevel een halfrond luik met tweeruits bovenlicht. In de achterzijde enkele ijzeren spitsboogvormige vensters met neogotische tracering van gebogen ijzeren roeden.

ENSEMBLE OF FARMHOUSE, WALL AND STONE BARN. Situated on the west side of the ensemble a FARMHOUSE from the second half of the 19th century on a rectangular ground plan covered with an Old Dutch tile mansard roof. In the front facade facing the west side the entrance door with multi-pane fanlight with diamond-shaped glazing bars, to the right of this a 16-pane sash window and to the left of the door a small 4-pane window. In the left and right facade of the farmhouse several multi-pane windows. In the rear facade on the left side an entrance door with 6-pane fanlight. In the middle of the facade a 16-pane sash window. Adjoining the rear side of the farmhouse on the SE corner a high cemented brick WALL situated perpendicular to the rear facade, which originally served as the rear wall of a wall alcove situated on the south side of the wall. The wall also marks the entrance to the former utility gardens of De Haere. This entrance recessed in the wall, situated right next to the farmhouse, is marked by two cemented octagonal columns, which framed the original entrance door to the utility gardens. On the east side the wall ends at the front (west) facade of a STONE BARN from the second half of the 19th century, erected on an oblong rectangular ground plan covered with an Old Dutch tile gabled roof. The barn is decorated in a decorative sense through the use of wall pilasters and striking window features. The front (west) facade is terminated by two block pilasters. Centrally a slightly arched double entrance door with on the upper storey a semi-circular blind. The left facade shows 6 windows with shutters under iron fanlight with spoke glazing bars. Between the windows cemented pilasters. In the rear facade two entrance doors under arched stretch. In the gable a semi-circular shutter with two-pane fanlight. In the rear side some iron pointed-arch windows with neo-Gothic tracery of curved iron glazing bars.
