Omschrijving onderdeel 25: MOLENAARSHUIS.
MOLENAARSHUIS (zogenaamd Muldershuis). Aan de voet van de Keyenberg gelegen witgepleisterd woonhuis, voormalig molenaarshuis van de oorspronkelijk achter de woning gesitueerde papiermolen. Het huis is opgetrokken op rechthoekige grondslag op hoog grijs geschilderd plint en is overkapt door een met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt hoog schilddak. Muurankers aan de voorzijde verwijzen naar de stichtingsdatum: 1617. Vensters met meerruits schuiframen (XIXa) en luiken. Deur met getoogde latei en gietijzeren levensboom in bovenlicht. Het huis is in 1977 gerestaureerd.
Waardering
Het MOLENAARSHUIS is van algemeen belang:

Description component 25: MILLER'S HOUSE.
MILLER'S HOUSE (so-called Muldershuis). Whitewashed dwelling house located at the foot of the Keyenberg, former miller's house of the paper mill originally situated behind the dwelling. The house is constructed on a rectangular plan on a high grey-painted plinth and is covered by a high hipped roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. Wall anchors on the front refer to the construction date: 1617. Windows with multi-pane sash windows (19th century) and shutters. Door with arched lintel and cast-iron life tree in fanlight. The house was restored in 1977.
