Complexonderdeel K: bedieningsgebouw binnensluishoofd van de Kleine Sluis
Inleiding
BEDIENINGSGEBOUW van het binnensluishoofd van de Kleine parksluis, deel uitmakend van het sluizencomplex "Parksluizen". Het gebouw is gelegen op de noordoostelijke hoek van het terrein tussen de beide sluizen.
Omschrijving
Het bedieningsgebouw is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een vierkante plattegrond met afgeschuinde hoeken en omvat een bouwlaag onder een overstekend laag schilddak. De afgeschuinde gevelhoeken bevatten rechthoekige smalle vensters met tweeruits verdeling. De noordgevel bevat een dubbele stalen deur met smalle rechthoekige vensters. De zuidelijke, oostelijke en westelijke gevels zijn blind.

Introduction
CONTROL BUILDING of the inner sluice head of the Kleine parksluis, forming part of the sluice complex "Parksluizen". The building is located on the northeastern corner of the site between the two sluices.
Description
The control building is constructed in red brick on a square floor plan with chamfered corners and comprises one storey under an overhanging low hipped roof. The chamfered facade corners contain rectangular narrow windows with two-pane glazing. The north facade contains a double steel door with narrow rectangular windows. The southern, eastern and western facades are blank.
Valuation
Control building of the inner sluice head of the Kleine parksluis dating from 1931-1933, of general importance as a historical-functional component of the sluice complex "Parksluizen".
