Omschrijving onderdeel 3
KOETSHUIS. Witgepleisterd koetshuis, opgetrokken tussen 1858 en 1863, even ten zuidoosten van landhuis Flevorama. Het in chaletstijl opgetrokken koetshuis bestaat uit een verhoogd middengedeelte onder flauw zadeldak met ruim overstek dat overhoeks geplaatst is op iets terug liggende zijdelen onder eveneens flauw zadeldak met ruim overstek. Centraal aan de voor(NO)zijde in midden- en zijdelen een dubbele getoogde staldeur. Op de verdieping van het middendeel een keperboogvenster (meerruits). De gevels zijn gepleisterd in blokmotief met pilasters op de hoeken. Het dak van het middenstuk vertoont aan de voorzijde een opengewerkte windveer met voluten in chaletstijl. Inwendig is de klinkerbestrating bewaard gebleven alsmede het balkenplafond en de tuig- en zadelkast, geschilderd in okergeel en rood (kleuren Dudok van Heel). De zolder vertoont brede grenen vloerdelen en oorspronkelijk kapgebintconstructie met onder de nok omgekeerd keperboogvormig in elkaar grijpende rechte trekbalken. Het koetshuis is in de tweede helft van de jaren '90 van de 20ste eeuw gerestaureerd.
Waardering
Het KOETSHUIS is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als gaafheid koetshuis in chaletstijl uit het midden van de 19de eeuw;

COACH HOUSE. Whitewashed coach house, erected between 1858 and 1863, just to the southeast of the country house Flevorama. The coach house, constructed in chalet style, consists of a raised central section beneath a low saddle roof with ample overhang that is placed at an angle over slightly recessed side sections also beneath a low saddle roof with ample overhang. Centrally on the front (NE) side in the central and side sections a double arched stable door. On the upper storey of the central section a brick-bond arched window (multi-light). The facades are plastered in block pattern with pilasters at the corners. The roof of the central section shows on the front an open-worked wind vane with volutes in chalet style. Internally the brick flooring has been preserved as well as the beam ceiling and the tack and saddle cupboard, painted in ochre yellow and red (Dudok van Heel colours). The attic shows broad pine floorboards and original roof truss structure with under the ridge inversely brick-bond arched interlocking straight tie beams. The coach house was restored in the second half of the 1990s.
