Omschrijving
Zuidelijke of linker BOUWHUIS (3B) herbouwd in 1930 (jaartal) door M.H. Krabshuis. Langgerekt gebouw, opgetrokken van rode baksteen op geschilderde plint, dertien gevelopeningen, onder schilddak met hoekschoorstenen. In een risalerend geveldeel twee inrijpoorten met zandstenen segmentbogen met gepleisterde omlijsting met getrokken voegen; vensters met zandstenen omlijstingen en sluitstenen. In het midden van de voorgevel een ovaal venster met festoen waarboven een steen met het wapen Van Rechteren Almelo en het onderschrift Tempore Zegeri. Op de poortbogen het jaartal MDCLXX (1670). Op de rechterpost van de linkerdeur staat HERBOUWD, op de linkerpost van de rechterdeur MCMXXX (1930). Thans deels woning, kantoor en garage

Southern or left BUILD HOUSE (3B) rebuilt in 1930 (date) by M.H. Krabshuis. Elongated building, constructed of red brick on a painted plinth, thirteen facade openings, under a hipped roof with corner chimneys. In a projecting facade section two carriage gateways with sandstone segmental arches with plastered surrounds with drawn joints; windows with sandstone surrounds and keystones. In the middle of the front facade an oval window with festoon above which is a stone with the coat of arms of Van Rechteren Almelo and the inscription Tempore Zegeri. On the archways the date MDCLXX (1670). On the right post of the left door stands REBUILT, on the left post of the right door MCMXXX (1930). Now partly dwelling, office and garage
