Omschrijving
Noordelijke of rechter BOUWHUIS (3A), gebouwd in 1695 en herbouwd in 1910 (jaartal) door B. Vixeboxse. Langgerekt gebouw, opgetrokken van rode baksteen op geschilderde plint, dertien gevelopeningen, onder schilddak met hoekschoorstenen. In een risalerend geveldeel twee inrijpoorten met zandstenen segmentbogen (gepleisterd rusticawerk) en vensters met zandstenen omlijstingen en sluitstenen. In het midden van de voorgevel een ovaal venster waarboven stenen met alliantiewapen Van Rechteren Castell. Hieronder het jaartal MDCXCV (1695). Bij de linkerdeur op de rechter post staat HERBOUWD, bij de rechterdeur op de linker post staat MDCDX (1910). Verdiepte velden waarin de vensters zijn opgenomen. Op de naar het Huis toegewende kopse gevel jaartalankers met 1910. Functie: schuur, appelkelder, garage en woning.

Description
Northern or right UTILITY BUILDING (3A), built in 1695 and rebuilt in 1910 (date) by B. Vixeboxse. Elongated building, built of red brick on painted plinth, thirteen facade openings, under a hipped roof with corner chimneys. In a projecting facade section two carriage entrances with sandstone segmental arches (rendered rusticwork) and windows with sandstone surrounds and keystones. In the centre of the front facade an oval window above which are stones with the alliance coat of arms of Van Rechteren Castell. Below this the date MDCXCV (1695). At the left door on the right post stands REBUILT, at the right door on the left post stands MDCDX (1910). Recessed fields within which the windows are set. On the gable end facing the house date anchors with 1910. Function: barn, apple store, garage and dwelling.
