Omschrijving onderdeel 5 KOETSIERSWONING.
Aan de noordgrens van het park ligt een koetsierswoning die omstreeks of direct na 1900 is gebouwd. Het bijbehorende koetshuis is verdwenen. Het gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit twee bouwlagen met zolderverdieping onder zadeldak. De gevels zijn opgetrokken uit baksteen, gemetseld in kruisverband. Smeedijzeren muurankers in de lange gevels. Het overstekende zadeldak is belegd met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen en bevat doorlopende dakschoren en gordingen, geprofileerde windveren, twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De voorgevel of zuidwestgevel eindigt met een punt en is asymmetrisch ingedeeld. Op de begane grond een paneeldeur met bovenlicht onder een segmentboog, een roedevenster onder segmentboog, twee luiken, dubbel openslaande deuren en twee trapeziumvormige venstertjes. Op de verdieping een houten balkon met openslaande deuren in het midden, geflankeerd door roedevensters onder segmentboog. De rechterzijgevel (noordwest) is asymmetrisch van indeling. Op de begane grond een deur met bovenlicht onder segmentboog en een roedevenster onder segmentboog. Op de verdieping een luik met roedebovenlicht, een venster met stolpraam en bovenlicht en twee kleine vensters. Een steunbeer en een aangebouwd voormalig stookhok onder zadeldak bevinden zich aan de uiterste rechtse kant van de rechterzijgevel. De linkerzijgevel (zuidoost) is asymmetrisch van indeling. Description component 5 COACHMAN'S DWELLING.
On the north border of the park lies a coachman's dwelling which was built around or shortly after 1900. The associated coach house has disappeared. The building on rectangular plan consists of two storeys with attic storey under gabled roof. The facades are built in brick, laid in stretcher bond. Wrought-iron wall anchors in the long facades. The overhanging gabled roof is covered with dulled Dutch tiles and contains continuous roof struts and purlins, profiled wind braces, two brick chimneys. The front facade or southwest facade ends in a point and is laid out asymmetrically. On the ground floor a panel door with fanlight under a segmental arch, a glazing bar window under segmental arch, two shutters, double opening doors and two trapezium-shaped small windows. On the first floor a wooden balcony with opening doors in the middle, flanked by glazing bar windows under segmental arch. The right side facade (northwest) is asymmetrical in layout. On the ground floor a door with fanlight under segmental arch and a glazing bar window under segmental arch. On the first floor a shutter with glazing bar fanlight, a window with sash frame and fanlight and two small windows. A buttress and an adjoining former heating room under gabled roof are located on the far right of the right side facade. The left side facade (southeast) is asymmetrical in layout. On the ground floor a (not original) two-pane window and two cast-iron glazing bar windows under segmental arch. On the first floor a two-part glazing bar window and a single window.
