Omschrijving onderdeel 4 WATERPUT.
In het parkgedeelte ten zuiden van het huis geplaatste achtzijdige hardstenen waterput met op de zijden een veld met alternerend de afbeelding van een wapen van de familie De Medici en een disk. De velden zijn door gotische spitsbogen afgesloten, die op ronde zuiltjes staan. De zuiltjes hebben een voet en een kapiteel. Het geheel van zuilen met spitsboog staat op een rechthoekig fries met beeldhouwwerk. De waterput (wellicht oorspronkelijke een doopvont?) dateert uit de 16de eeuw of eerder, en doet in ieder geval sinds de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw in het park dienst als tuinsieraad. Toen was er over de put volgens de overlevering een smeedijzeren boog gespannen, waaraan een emmer in de vorm van een puntige helm was opgehangen.

Description
Description component 4 WATER PUMP.
Placed in the park section south of the house an octagonal hardstone water pump with on the sides a panel with alternating depiction of a coat of arms of the Medici family and a disk. The panels are enclosed by gothic pointed arches, which stand on round columns. The columns have a base and a capital. The whole of columns with pointed arch stands on a rectangular frieze with sculpture. The water pump (possibly originally a baptismal font?) dates from the 16th century or earlier, and has in any case served since the first half of the 20th century in the park as a garden ornament. At that time there was according to tradition a wrought-iron arch spanning the pump, from which a bucket in the form of a pointed helmet was suspended.
