Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw gelegen THEEHUIS naar een ontwerp van de Dienst Gemeentewerken van Utrecht, in opdracht van diezelfde gemeente tot stand gekomen in 1921-24. Het rood geschilderde houten pand bestaat uit twee delen: het oorspronkelijke lage theehuis op geknikte plattegrond, gebouwd in 1921 en aan de rechter zijde hierop aansluitend een hoog oprijzend voormalig woonhuis uit 1924 op nagenoeg vierkante plattegrond. Het oorspronkelijke theehuis bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een overkragend rietgedekt schilddak. Aan de voorzijde een centrale ingangspartij geflankeerd door een strook gekoppelde meerruits vensters direct onder de rand van de overkragende kap, die doorloopt over de linker zij- en achtergevel. Het hogere bouwdeel ter rechterzijde, dat oorspronkelijk als woonhuis functioneerde maar tegenwoordig bij het theehuis is getrokken, bestaat uit twee bouwlagen en een zolder onder een rietgedekt overkragend zadeldak met afgewolfd uiteinde aan de voorzijde en dakschilden die doorlopen tot aan de vensters op de begane grond. Aan de voorzijde op begane grond niveau een vergelijkbare strook meerruits vensters als in de gevel van het theehuis over de volle breedte van de voorgevel en tot halverwege de rechter zijgevel; tussen vensters en dakrand een dubbele sierlijst met aan de voorzijde omgebogen uiteinden. Hoog in de voorgevel, direct aansluitend op de rand van de afgewolfde kap, vier gekoppelde vensters met roedeverdeling in V-vorm. In het rechter dakschild een dakkapel met drie gekoppelde meerruits vensters, waaronder een strook gemetselde pannen. De rechter zijgevel heeft aan de achterzijde een ondiepe aanbouw waarin drie kleine gekoppelde vensters; het dakschild loopt ter hoogte van dit deel van de gevel verder door naar beneden. De nok van het samengestelde dak is afgewerkt met gemetselde pannen.

Situated to the north of the main building is the TEAHOUSE designed by the Public Works Service of Utrecht, commissioned by the same municipality and built in 1921-24. The red-painted wooden building consists of two parts: the original low teahouse on a bent plan, built in 1921 and adjoining on the right side a tall former residence from 1924 on an approximately square plan. The original teahouse consists of one storey and an attic under an overhanging thatched hipped roof. On the front side a central entrance element flanked by a strip of coupled multi-light windows directly beneath the edge of the overhanging roof, which continues across the left side and rear elevation. The higher building section on the right side, which originally functioned as a residence but is now attached to the teahouse, consists of two storeys and an attic under a thatched overhanging gabled roof with a curved-out end on the front elevation and roof tiles that extend down to the windows on the ground floor. On the front side at ground floor level a comparable strip of multi-light windows as in the teahouse elevation across the full width of the front facade and extending halfway along the right side elevation; between windows and roof edge a double decorative moulding with upturned ends on the front. High in the front elevation, directly adjoining the edge of the curved-out roof, four coupled windows with V-shaped glazing bars. In the right roof tile a dormer window with three coupled multi-light windows, beneath which a strip of masoned tiles. The right side elevation has on the rear side a shallow extension containing three small coupled windows; the roof tile extends at the height of this part of the elevation further downwards. The ridge of the composite roof is finished with masoned tiles.
