Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 4: HEK.
Het hek staat aan de voorzijde over de volle breedte van het perceel langs de Eemnesserweg. Het hek bestaat uit een halfboog gietijzeren spijlenhek, waarbij de van pijlen voorziene spijlen om en om van een boog zijn voorzien. Op regelmatige afstand staat een gietijzeren baluster. Aan weerszijden van het hek bevindt zich een inrijhek met twee vleugels tussen hardstenen kolommen. De kolommen hebben een piramidale bekroning en zijn voorzien van de naam Villa-Pera.

Het HEK is van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description
Description component 4: GATE.
The gate stands at the front across the full width of the plot along the Eemnesserweg. The gate consists of a semi-arched cast-iron spear fence, wherein the bars fitted with arrows are alternately provided with an arch. At regular intervals stands a cast-iron baluster. On either side of the gate is a carriage gate with two wings between stone columns. The columns have a pyramidal crown and are inscribed with the name Villa-Pera.

The GATE is of general importance because of:
- the architectural-historical value as a well-preserved and authentic gate;
- ensemble value because of the functional-spatial relationship of the components.
