Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TUINHUISJE.
Het tuinhuisje is waarschijnlijk kort na de bouw van de villa opgericht. Het staat aan de voorzijde van het huis, rechts naast de oprijlaan. Het is een rechthoekig gebouwtje van één bouwlaag in hout opgetrokken. De constructie bestaat uit stijl- en regelwerk met houten panelen aan de onderzijde en grote glazen ruiten daarboven. Aan de voorzijde bevinden zich schuifdeuren. De glasruiten zijn omgeven door smalle roedenstroken waarin gekleurd en geëtst glas. Het flauw hellende dak heeft een breed overstek met figuratieve windveren.

Het TUINHUISJE is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf en authentiek bewaard tuinhuis;

Description
Description component 3: GARDEN HOUSE.
The garden house was probably erected shortly after the construction of the villa. It stands at the front of the house, to the right beside the drive. It is a rectangular small building of one storey constructed in wood. The construction consists of posts and rails with wooden panels at the bottom and large glass panes above. At the front are sliding doors. The glass panes are surrounded by narrow strips of glazing bars in which coloured and etched glass. The slightly sloping roof has a broad eave with figurative weathervanes.
Valuation
The GARDEN HOUSE is of general importance because of:
- the architectural-historical value as a well-preserved and authentic garden house;
- ensemble value because of the functional-spatial relationship of the components.
