Omschrijving onderdeel 2: TUINAANLEG.
Waarschijnlijk is kort na het gereedkomen van de villa tevens de tuin tot stand gekomen. Deze is in de toen gangbare laatlandschappelijke stijl aangelegd. Karakteristieke elementen zijn de gebogen oprijlaan en de met bomen omzoomde gazons. Belangrijk is ook de open relatie (zicht situatie) tussen de villa en de openbare weg. Het gedeelte achter het huis bestaat uit een gazon aansluitend op het terras. Het gazon wordt door geboomte en struiken omzoomd. Aan de linker zijde bevindt zich een rond vijverbassin. Aansluitend hieraan heeft de tuin meer het karakter van een parkbos met enkele paden. Aan de zijde van de Nieuwe Baarnstraat bevindt zich de achteringang.
Waardering
De TUINAANLEG is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de tuinarchitectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf en authentiek bewaarde villatuin;
- ensemble waarde vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie van de onderdelen.

Description component 2: GARDEN LAYOUT.
Probably shortly after the completion of the villa the garden was also created. This was laid out in the then current late landscape style. Characteristic elements are the curved drive and the lawns bordered with trees. Important also is the open relationship (visual connection) between the villa and the public road. The part behind the house consists of a lawn adjoining the terrace. The lawn is bordered by trees and shrubs. On the left side is a round pond basin. Adjoining this the garden has more the character of a park woodland with several paths. On the side of the Nieuwe Baarnstraat is the back entrance.

The GARDEN LAYOUT is of general importance because of:
