TUINMANSWONING (Groningse huis) uit 1903 op onregelmatige L-vormige grondslag, opgetrokken in rode baksteen, overkapt door een met leien gedekt zadeldak met overstek en met rode nokpannen. Noordwestvleugel: aan de linker zijde van de noordoostzijde de hoofdingang, bestaande uit een houten paneeldeur, die wordt voorafgegaan door een door met rode pannen gedekt kwart-tentdak overkapt portaal, dat aansluit aan de noordwest- en zuidoost-vleugel van de tuinmanswoning. De naar buiten gekeerde hoek van de overkapping wordt door een houten pijler gestut. Rechts van de ingangsdeur een 20-ruits schuifvenster en recht hierboven op de eerste verdieping een door leien gedekte dakkapel onder zadeldak met 12-ruitsvenster (openslaand). Noordwestzijde: een centraal gelegen venstertravee met op de begane grond een 20-ruits schuifvenster en op de eerste verdieping een 15-ruits schuif- venster, De daklijsten aan deze zijde zijn aan de schuine zijden en aan de topgevel voorzien van ornamentele balkvormige aanzetstukken. De zuidwestgevel is centraal van een uitbouw onder met rode leien gedekt zadeldak voorzien met een 20-ruits schuifvenster beganegronds en een 8-ruitsvenster op de eerste verdieping. Aan de daklijsten van deze uitbouw zijn eveneens ornamentele balkvormige aanzetstukken aangebracht. Ter linker zijde in de terug liggende gevel van de noordwest-vleugel een lo-ruits schuifvenster. Het gevelgedeelte rechts van de uitbouw springt ten aanzien van het linker gedeelte naar voren; het dakschild is hier verder naar onderen door getrokken. Op de begane grond in dit gevelgedeelte een 20-ruits schuifvenster. Zuidoost-vleugel: links in de noordwest-gevel een 10-ruits schuifvenster. De noordoostgevel van deze vleugel is identiek aan de noordwest-gevel van de noordwest-vleugel. De achtergevel van het tuinmanshuis is onregelmatig van opzet. Het vooruitspringende linker gedeelte, waar het dakschild verder naar onderen is doorgetrokken, is rechts van een paneeldeur met 8-ruits bovenlicht voorzien. Links hiervan twee 5-ruits schuifvensters. Op de eerste verdieping een dakkapel, die identiek is aan de kapel aan de noordoostgevel van de noordwestvleugel. In het rechter terug liggende gedeelte van deze zijde een 10-ruits schuifvenster. Alle schuifvensters van de tuinmanswoning zijn van groene paneelluiken voorzien, die tot de wisseldorpel reiken.
