Voormalig KOETSHUIS met woning, behorende tot de buitenplaats Oostbroek. Het koetshuis dateert van 1888 en is voor wat de voorgevel betreft gedecoreerd in neorenaissancevormen. In 1996 is het hele koetshuis tot kantoor verbouwd, waaraan de woning en de stalling zijn opgeofferd. Het gebouw bestaat uit twee vleugels: een rechthoekig bouwdeel van een bouwlaag onder zadeldak met wolfseind aan de rechterkant en een bouwdeel aan de achterkant onder een schilddak. Het voormalige koetshuis ligt aan de oprijlaan naar het huis Oostbroek. Het voorgebouw is opgetrokken van rode baksteen en staat op een natuurstenen plint. Het zadeldak is met gesmoorde pannen belegd. Dit bouwdeel is asymmetrisch van opbouw en gedecoreerd met pilasters met gecementeerde bekroning en speklagen die over de pilasters heen lopen. De koetsierswoning bevond zich in het rechtergedeelte. In de voorgevel twee licht getoogde dubbele deuren met gecementeerde sluitsteen in de togen. De rechterdeur wordt geflankeerd met smalle vensters met gietijzeren roosters. Voorts drie vensters met rechte strekken, waarvan de meest rechtse oorspronkelijk is. De andere twee dagtekenen van de restauratie van 1996. Boven de rechterdeur een rondboogvenster en een op het dakvlak aanlopende kap. Het overstek van de kap wordt door houten consoles opgevangen. De overige gevels zijn ongedecoreerd. De vleugel aan de achterzijde is bij de restauratie van 1996 van vensters voorzien en opnieuw ingedeeld. Het interieur bevat geen oorspronkelijke onderdelen meer.

Description
Former COACH HOUSE with dwelling, belonging to the estate Oostbroek. The coach house dates from 1888 and is decorated in neo-Renaissance forms as regards the front facade. In 1996 the entire coach house was converted to offices, to which the dwelling and the stalling were sacrificed. The building consists of two wings: a rectangular building section of one storey under a gabled roof with half-hipped roof on the right side and a building section at the rear under a hipped roof. The former coach house is situated on the driveway to Oostbroek House. The front building is built of red brick and stands on a natural stone plinth. The gabled roof is covered with smoked tiles. This building section is asymmetrical in composition and decorated with pilasters with cemented capitals and brick courses running over the pilasters. The coachman's dwelling was located in the right section. In the front facade two slightly arched double doors with cemented key stone in the arches. The right door is flanked by narrow windows with cast-iron grilles. Furthermore three windows with straight courses, of which the rightmost is original. The other two date from the 1996 restoration. Above the right door a round-arch window and a roof section running up the roof slope. The overhang of the roof is supported by wooden consoles. The remaining facades are undecorated. The wing at the rear was fitted with windows during the 1996 restoration and reorganised. The interior contains no original components.
