Park behorende bij het complex 'Rams Woerthe', bestaande uit de villa "Rams Woerthe", het park en een hek. Het park is ontworpen door Henri Copijn en aangelegd in 1899 in het beekdal van het riviertje Aa. Het park wordt gekenmerkt door de langgerekte vorm. In het park een eveneens langgerekte, uit drie delen bestaande vijver met fraai gemodelleerde oevers. In de vijver liggen diverse eilandjes. De vijver wordt omzoomd door een parkbos en omgeven door een stelsel van wandelpaden met hoofdpaden en zijpaden. In het park zijn natuurlijk ogende hoogteverschillen opgeworpen. Rondom de villa heeft het park een open en gecultiveerde opbouw, met onder meer een grote hertenweide aan de achterzijde en een ovaal vormgegeven perk aan de voorzijde, meer naar het westen toe een besloten en ongecultiveerde opbouw. In het park veel zichtlijnen, die gedeeltelijk al in het ontwerp werden aangegeven.

Park belonging to the complex 'Rams Woerthe', consisting of the villa "Rams Woerthe", the park and a gate. The park was designed by Henri Copijn and laid out in 1899 in the creek valley of the river Aa. The park is characterised by its elongated form. In the park likewise an elongated pond consisting of three sections with beautifully modelled banks. In the pond lie various small islands. The pond is fringed by park woodland and surrounded by a system of walking paths with main paths and side paths. In the park naturally appearing differences in height have been created. Around the villa the park has an open and cultivated layout, including in particular a large deer pasture on the rear side and an oval-shaped bed on the front side, further towards the west a closed and uncultivated layout. In the park many sight lines, some of which were already indicated in the design.
