Voor het poortgebouw een valbrug aan zware kettingen uit 1934. Aan weerzijden een wapensteen, van het geslacht Spierinck van Heusden (goudkleurig spinnenwiel op zwart veld en ML) en van de familie Boland (landbouwer met schop en boompje en MDCCCCXXI).

De VALBRUG, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Well, is van belang:
