Omschrijving onderdeel 4: KOETSHUIS.
In 1933 werd het oude koetshuis vervangen door een nieuwe tuinmans- of chauffeurswoning met een daarachter gelegen garage, waarschijnlijk naar ontwerp van de toenmalige eigenaar J.A. Boland.
Uit rode baksteen opgetrokken gebouw op samengestelde plattegrond onder met pannen belegde zadeldak. Het gebouw bestaat uit drie gedeelten: een woning, een bijkeuken en een schuur/garagedeel met schuin geplaatste inrijdeuren. De toegang tot de woning zit in de oostgevel. Vensters van verschillende afmetingen met luiken. Aan de grachtzijde is het gebouw voor een deel verbonden met de keermuur waarin gekrulde muurankers.
Waardering
Het KOETSHUIS, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Well, is van cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description
Description component 4: COACH HOUSE.
In 1933 the old coach house was replaced by a new gardener's or chauffeur's residence with an adjoining garage behind it, probably designed according to the designs of the then owner J.A. Boland.
Building constructed of red brick on a complex ground plan under a gabled roof covered with tiles. The building consists of three sections: a residence, a scullery and a shed/garage section with slanting entrance doors. Access to the residence is in the east gable. Windows of varying dimensions with shutters. On the canal side the building is partly connected to the retaining wall in which curved wall anchors.
