Omschrijving
Tegelijk met het Jachthuis (omstreeks 1860) gebouwd KOETSHUIS met koetsierswoning gelegen in het westelijke deel van Gulden Bodem. Het gebouw bevat een eenvoudige woning in het westelijk deel en een koetshuis annex stal in het oostelijk deel. Uit baksteen opgetrokken gebouw onder overstekend zadeldak. Horizontale gepleisterde en geprofileerde lijst op de verdieping. In de oostkant oorspronkelijk twee grote inrijdeuren onder gepleisterde korfbogen. De linkerdeur is gedicht. Op de verdieping een balkon met hekwerk op forse consoles. De dubbel openslaande deur is omlijst met gepleisterde blokken eindigend in een spitse boog. In het inwendige de stalling met klinkervloer en tegen de achterwand een hoge smalle schoorsteenboezem op gestucte consoles. In het woongedeelte is een kamer en een eenvoudige keuken opgenomen. Houten trap met gedraaide aanzetbaluster naar de zolder. Overdekking met Philibertspanten.

Description
COACH HOUSE with coachman's residence built at the same time as the Hunting Lodge (around 1860) located in the western part of Gulden Bodem. The building contains a simple dwelling in the western part and a coach house adjoining a stable in the eastern part. Building constructed of brick under overhanging gabled roof. Horizontal plastered and moulded list on the upper storey. On the east side originally two large carriage doors under plastered basket arches. The left door is closed. On the upper storey a balcony with railings on substantial consoles. The double opening door is framed with plastered blocks ending in a pointed arch. In the interior the stabling with clinker floor and against the rear wall a tall narrow chimney breast on stuccoed consoles. In the residential section a room and a simple kitchen are included. Wooden staircase with turned newel baluster to the attic. Roof covering with Philibert trusses.
