Omschrijving onderdeel 13
BOERDERIJ aan de oostkant van het park, uit het eerste kwart van de 19de eeuw. De boerderij is opgetrokken op L-vormige grondslag in roodbruine baksteen met begane grond, eerste verdieping en zolder. Zij is overkapt door twee deels door riet en deels door blauwe pannen gedekte en in elkaar geschoven zadeldaken met wolfseinden. De voorgevel is geleed in negen traveeën waarvan de tweede van links door een houten deur met 2-ruits bovenlicht wordt gevormd. Het venster links van de deur is smaller (1x3) dan de overige vensters rechts van de deur die schuiframen (2x2+1) bevatten, geflankeerd door de luiken van de Stichting het Geldersch Landschap en met rechte strekken. Op het dak bevindt zich in het midden een dakkapel met kruisraam. In de lagere zijgevels van het stalgedeelte zijn enkele kleine ramen aangebracht. De achterzijde van het stalgedeelte van de boerderij bevat een centrale halfronde staldeur en twee overeenkomstige, maar kleinere zijdeuren. In de achtergevel van het woonhuis enkele meerruitsvensters, een deurpartij en een dakkapel. Op de kap twee rechthoekige schoorstenen.

FARMHOUSE on the east side of the park, from the first quarter of the 19th century. The farmhouse is constructed on an L-shaped plan in reddish-brown brick with a ground floor, first floor and attic. It is covered by two interlocking gabled roofs, partly covered with thatch and partly with blue tiles, with half-hipped roofs. The front facade is articulated in nine bays, the second from the left of which is formed by a wooden door with 2-pane fanlight. The window to the left of the door is narrower (1x3) than the remaining windows to the right of the door which contain sash windows (2x2+1), flanked by the shutters of the Stichting het Geldersch Landschap and with straight stretches. On the roof in the centre a roof dormer with cross window. In the lower side gables of the stable section some small windows are installed. The rear side of the stable section of the farmhouse contains a central semi-circular stable door and two corresponding, but smaller side doors. In the rear gable of the dwelling house several multi-pane windows, a door arrangement and a roof dormer. On the roof two rectangular chimneys.
