Omschrijving onderdeel 12
PORTIERSWONING gelegen aan de rechterkant van zuid-noord lopende oprijlaan, binnen het toegangshek, gebouwd in 1902. De woning, bestaande uit een begane grond en eerste verdieping, is op een onregelmatig rechthoekige plattegrond in rode baksteen opgetrokken en wordt afgesloten door een samengesteld rieten dak. In de naar het park gerichte zijde zijn de vensters 3-zijdig erkerachtig uitgebouwd. De voorgevel heeft drie vensters voorzien van de luiken van de Stichting het Geldersch Landschap. In de kap zijn drie dakkapellen aangebracht. In de lagere linkervleugel van het huis bevindt zich de houten voordeur met bovenlicht en een raamnis, overeenkomstig de vensters in het naar het park gerichte zijde. Aan de noordgevel zijn op de begane grond een groot venster, houten deur en kleiner venster zichtbaar en op het dak een dakkapel.

PORTER'S HOUSE located on the right side of the south-north running drive, within the entrance gate, built in 1902. The house, consisting of a ground floor and first floor, is constructed on an irregular rectangular plan in red brick and is closed off by a composite thatched roof. On the side facing the park the windows are three-sided bay-like projections. The front facade has three windows provided with shutters of the Stichting het Geldersch Landschap. Three roof dormers are installed in the roof. In the lower left wing of the house there is a wooden front door with fanlight and a window recess, corresponding to the windows on the side facing the park. On the north gable on the ground floor a large window, wooden door and smaller window are visible and on the roof a roof dormer.
