Aan de oostzijde van de Robijnstraat gelegen WOONBLOK met ARBEIDERSWONINGEN. Aan de noordzijde kopse gevel; aan de zuidzijde aansluitend op de gevelwand van de verdere bebouwing aan de Robijnstraat. Het woonblok Robijnstraat 1-11 bestaat oorspronkelijk uit zes arbeiderswoningen. Aaneengesloten gevelwand met 12 traveeën (6 deur- en 6 vensterassen) op geaccentueerde plint van één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met donkere rechtsdekkende Hollandse pannen. De zijgevel is blind en heeft een getrapte tuit. De lage voorgevel heeft een rechte houten gootlijst boven gemetselde drievoudige uitkraging en vier dakkapellen boven de iets risalerende toegangspartijen. De dakkapellen hebben een gekoppeld venster en een fries boven gemetselde muurdammen waarop kroonlijst met neo-renaissancistisch fronton met blind timpaan en drie pirons. Kleine gepleisterde klauwstukken bij de aanhechting met de gootlijst. De lage bebouwing heeft per twee woningen toegangspartijen met steeds twee naastliggende paneeldeuren met in enkele gevallen de oorspronkelijke gelede bovenlichten. Hierboven de dakkapel. Zowel links als rechts van de toegangspartijen de enkele vensters van de voorkamers. Vensters en deuren onder segmentboog met gemetseld spaarveld. Segmentbogen en gevels gesierd met blokken en banden in gele baksteen. Aan de gevel bevinden zich muurankers en kleine vergaarbakken. Achtergevel met een enkel venster en toegangsdeur tot de tuin.
Waardering
Westelijk woonblok met arbeiderswoningen uit 1890-1891 van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur-, cultuur- en sociaal-historische alsmede typologische waarde. Van belang als essentieel onderdeel van het complex van de Woning-Maatschappij.

On the east side of the Robijnstraat, a RESIDENTIAL BLOCK with WORKERS' DWELLINGS. On the north side a gabled end wall; on the south side adjoining the facade wall of further building on the Robijnstraat. The residential block Robijnstraat 1-11 originally consists of six workers' dwellings. Continuous facade wall with 12 bays (6 door and 6 window axes) on an accentuated plinth of one storey under a gabled roof with dark right-laying Dutch tiles. The side gable is blind and has a stepped spout gable. The low front facade has a straight wooden drip moulding above masonry triple corbelling and four roof dormers above the slightly projecting entrance sections. The roof dormers have a coupled window and a frieze above masonry wall ribs upon which cornice with neo-Renaissance fronton with blind tympanum and three pirons. Small plastered claw-pieces at the attachment with the drip moulding. The low building has access sections for every two dwellings each time with two adjacent panel doors, in some cases with the original glazed fanlights. Above these the roof dormer. Both left and right of the access sections the single windows of the front rooms. Windows and doors under segmental arch with masonry spandrel. Segmental arches and facades decorated with blocks and bands in yellow brickwork. On the facade are wall anchors and small collecting vessels.
